RULES FOR SOURCING
- Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (Agreement) govern the dropshipping services provided by Oman
Dropshipping (OmanDropship, we, or us) to our partners (Partner, you, or Seller) operating
within or targeting the Sultanate of Oman. By accessing or using our platform, tools, or services,
you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
2. Scope of Services
Oman Dropshipping delivers a full dropshipping solution, including:
- Local & international product sourcing
- Centralized warehousing and order fulfillment
- Integrated courier and shipping services
- Cash on Delivery (COD) handling
- Profit settlements & financial management
- Bilingual customer support (Arabic & English)
No inventory investment is required. Sellers list and sell first, pay later.
3. Product Selection and SKU Policy
Sellers may choose products from our catalog or request sourcing for additional items.
All submitted SKUs must be valid. If unavailable, OmanDropship may replace with a similar SKU.
4. Order Placement and Fulfillment
Orders must be submitted through the official OmanDropship portal.
Optional order confirmation service available with fee.
Automated courier matching for best delivery rates.
5. Customer Support
OmanDropship manages all post-delivery customer service, complaints, and return coordination.
6. Financial Settlement & Profit Payout
Profit settlements issued weekly.
First payout after 10 working days of confirmed delivery.
Disputes must be reported within 12 hours to finance@omandropship.com.
7. Bank Transfers & Fees
All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the seller.
Requests only accepted via finance@omandropship.com.
8. VAT & Legal Compliance
VAT and taxes applied according to Oman law.
Sellers must ensure compliance with product marketing regulations.
9. Returns & Replacements
Returns handled as per OmanDropship and courier partner policies.
10. Dispute Resolution
OmanDropship will respond within 3–5 business days.
Final decision rests with OmanDropship.
11. Limitation of Liability
OmanDropship is not responsible for seller errors or misrepresentation.

Governed by Oman law.
