Replacement Eligibility

Product Condition

Oman DropShip ensures that every product is shipped in its original condition.
If you receive a product that is incorrect, defective, broken, or damaged upon delivery, you are eligible for a free replacement, subject to the terms of this policy.


Reporting Period

To qualify for a replacement, you must report the issue to our customer support team within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.
Requests made after this period will not be considered for replacement.


Replacement Process

Step 1: Initiation

To initiate a replacement request, please:

  • Send a clear video showing the issue (e.g., incorrect, faulty, or damaged product) to our customer support team at omandropship@gmail.com or via our official WhatsApp channel.

  • In many cases, product issues may arise from incorrect usage. Our support team may provide troubleshooting guidance before confirming your replacement eligibility.

If the product is confirmed to be defective or incorrect, you may choose one of the following options:


Option A – Customer-Initiated Return

You may return the product — including the original product box and all included accessories.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, a replacement unit will be dispatched within 24 hours, free of charge.


Option B – Courier Pickup

Alternatively, Oman DropShip can arrange a courier pickup from your location.
A replacement will be processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours of successful pickup.
The product must be securely packed in its original packaging, including all accessories.


Important Terms

  • Change of Mind: Replacements will not be provided for buyer’s remorse or change of mind.

  • Product Condition: Returned products must be in original, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories. Non-compliance may lead to rejection of the replacement request.


Refund Policy

Please note that Oman DropShip does not offer refunds under any circumstances. Only valid replacement claims will be processed in accordance with this policy.
