Return & Replacement Policy (For Resellers)

Thank you for partnering with Oman DropShip. We strive to ensure a seamless eCommerce experience for both our sellers and end customers. This policy outlines our official guidelines regarding refunds, replacements, product listing responsibilities, and warehousing terms. By listing and selling products through Oman DropShip, you agree to comply with the following terms.
Replacement Eligibility
Product Condition
Oman DropShip ensures that every product is shipped in its original condition.
If a customer receives a product that is incorrect, defective, broken, or damaged upon delivery, they are eligible for a free replacement, subject to the terms of this policy.
Reporting Period
To qualify for a replacement, issues must be reported to Oman DropShip customer support within 24 to 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be considered for replacement.
Replacement Process
Step 1: Initiation
To initiate a replacement request, the customer should:

Send a clear video showing the issue (e.g., incorrect, faulty, or damaged product) to Oman DropShip at omandropship@gmail.com or via the official WhatsApp channel.
In some cases, product issues may arise from incorrect usage. The support team may provide troubleshooting guidance before confirming replacement eligibility.
Step 2: Replacement Options
If the product is confirmed to be defective or incorrect, one of the following options will be provided:
Option A – Customer-Initiated Return

Return the product, including the original box and all accessories, to:
Oman DropShip -
Upon receipt and inspection, a replacement unit will be dispatched within 24 hours at no additional charge.
Option B – Courier Pickup

Oman DropShip can arrange courier pickup from the customer’s location.

A replacement will be processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours of successful pickup.

The product must be securely packed in its original packaging with all accessories.
Important Terms

Change of Mind: Replacements will not be provided for buyer’s remorse or change of mind.

Product Condition: Returned products must be in original, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories. Non-compliance may result in rejection of the replacement request.
Refund Policy
Oman DropShip does not normally offer refunds. Only valid replacement claims will be processed according to this policy.
Custom Refund & Replacement Scenarios

Replacement – Non-Faulty or After Deadline: OMR 2 per replacement request (approx. AED 17)

Seller-Initiated Refunds:

Fulfillment & initial shipping: OMR 2 (approx. AED 17)

Product pickup & return handling: OMR 2 (approx. AED 17)

Total Seller Cost: OMR 4 (approx. AED 34)

Sale amount will be reversed from your account.

Special Cases (Security Risk or Fraud):

Oman DropShip may issue a refund for fraudulent or high-risk transactions.

Operational costs are borne by Oman DropShip, but the sale amount will be reversed from your account.

These cases will be listed in the weekly payment invoice summary.
Product Listing Guidelines
To maintain high-quality customer experience, all partner stores must:

Accurately represent product features in creatives; do not advertise untrue features.

Ensure consistency between product variants (color, size, model, SKU) listed on Oman DropShip and your store/ads.

Price products fairly to set accurate customer expectations.
Warehousing Disclaimer
If you use Oman DropShip warehousing or fulfillment services:

Oman DropShip is not legally liable for loss, damage, or destruction of inventory unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
